Swag!!!!

IM NUMBER 34!!!!!! Thats right, I got my SWAG from The Pearl tonight. I feel honored and excited to receive my first official "goodie bag" since Jackonville Confidential's inception. The contents included a black T with The Pearls new logo (which we love!) and a 1 Year Anniversary Mix CD. I havent listened to the CD yet, but Im sure its good. Ill do a little review of it later. Seems to be pretty much what we usually hear out there on Saturday nights. Some Scissor Sisters, Gnarles Barkley, etc...

Pics to prove that I got swag.....

The Day Before Tomorrow

Here's my day so far.....I woke up early this morning (7:30am) and cleaned up the house a bit, then I jetted over to David Bellamys house to pick him up for breakfast at the always delicious Vienna Grill in San Marco. I had the Vienna Omelet (as usual) and so did David. Unfortunately, I totally forgot to get pics of the food. I did, however, get an over the shoulder pic of the new Art Curator for JMOMA, George Kinghorn, with his adorable (and MUCH younger) boyfriend.

After we polished off our omelets, which came with grits and peasant bread, we made a b-line for the Dollar Tree on University for some Halloween supplies. I stocked up!!!!

On the way back home we stopped by PArias Hiltons penthouse to chat her up about the goings on last evening at the 616 of which there were NONE - surprise. Though we do all wonder, who is MikeMacs new flavor of love? Maybe more on that later.

I dropped DB off and came back home to decorate. The house looks fagulous!!!! Here are the few pictures I have of the day so far, but you know Im gonna have TONS from The Pearls 1 Year Anniversay tonight!!! Enjoy!

New Logo?

I was just checking out The Pearls myspace and noticed that they have a new piece of artwork as their default. Is it a new logo? to maybe celebrate the one year anniversary? I like it, tell me what you guys think!

Jacksonville Has ROLLER DERBY?

Who knew? Jacksonville has its own Roller Derby team. I have been a fan of roller derby ever since I was a young child and would stay up late to watch it on the weekends. Nothing like seeing a bunch of women beat the hell out of each other. The team is called the First Coast Fatales. I hope to see them soon and will have a full report!

Beths Pictures From Wednesday Night

Beth has sent me her pictures from Wednesday night at the Staff Meeting (E-Street) and Square One. Enjoy.

Screech Is A Mastermind

Dustin Diamond, aka Screech from "Saved by the Bell," may have known that a sex tape featuring him existed and that it was going to be released soon.

According to a source at Globat.com, the Web hosting company that recently hired him to be its spokesman, Screech's management told them that something "huge" was going to happen next week and that they were "lucky to have him."

This, of course, was not what the company had in mind.

The company says they are seriously concerned over the recent headlines and is contemplating its next steps. In a statement released to TMZ, Globat says: "We signed Dustin Diamond based on his persona as the recognizable lovable nerd. Through talks with his management, we knew they had something big planned -- but never expected this! We have not seen or received confirmation from Diamond's management of the alleged tape. We are reserving any judgment until further information is available."

Globat.com recently conducted a video and photo shoot with Diamond and was planning on a full launch of Diamond material on their website and sister site DefyingGravity.com. Currently, Globat.com features a picture next to the words, "Our nerds do it best and go all night long!" Another ad features Screech with his pants stuffed and the line, "Our nerds have the biggest packages!"

Diamond's reps tell TMZ: "At the time of the signing with Globat we were looking for easy ways to help with cross promotion. At the time there were three things that were drawing a lot of attention -- the first being the save the house campaign, the second being a televised Showtime comedy appearance and the third is an appearance on the ABC show, 'The Knights of Prosperity.'"

Oh No!!!!

OH NO!!!!

Flavor Flav has now officially broken hearts everywhere. It appears as though time is up for Flavor Flav's desire to continue with Flavor of Love. Despite its popularity, Flav says he plans to put the show to rest and explore other opportunities.

"If there's a connection [on this season] then there might not be a reason for 'Flavor of Love 3,'" he says. "I ain't scared to do it again but I ain't really trying to. I want to do a talk show or something. I've done enough dating on TV. I'm ready to spread my wings and go down other avenues. I don't want to just stay stuck on one page 'cause you don't make it to the end of the book [that way]."

With no more horse riding, bitch slapping good times, there might be the opportunity for him to slap his way through "first and only solo album, ever."

I cant believe it, this is one of my favorite shows on at the moment. You know what time it is......its time to get BUCKWILD!
